Correction

Good Morning Dear Blanche Readers,

This is a good news/bad news report. The good news is that we now know many people read The Blanche Report. The bad news is that when we make a mistake – boom – we get emails from every corner of the globe.

So here goes:

Marjorie Taylor Greene is not a democrat as we incorrectly wrote. She is a staunch Republican.

Special shout-out to a relative who pointed out correctly that Greene is a repeat offender when it comes to anti-Semitic diatribe.

As this reader correctly said, while the republican party did admonish her for anti-Semitic remarks, it was a very weak tsk tsk because she says what many people think and the republicans know which side their white bread is buttered on regarding votes.

Once we’re writing, we could not resist this little ditty which appeared on page 5 of the National Post. Not on the front page or even page 3.

No longer able to hold back their detractors, the government will now have to sit up, take notice and eat crow. Why?

Because at long last doctors and other health professionals have said that the hotel quarantines are ridiculous. Really?

They site three reasons for this: a) people would rather pay $3000 and go home, b)the cost to the government is insane and c) people are avoiding the airport and doing cartwheels to drive through the land border.

Looks like the government is trying to get out of this debacle and will use the ‘advice’ of the doctors to do so.
