Mark Carney put out a slick video which dropped on social media Sunday night. His loving fans like Tom Mulcair and all his adoring liberal media thought it was the best thing since chopped liver. "He's so amazing. He's communicating with us. Keeping us in the loop." Please. Pass the barf bag.

He's keeping us in the loop? What world do these people live in? Oh wait. They are blinded by their love affair with him.

Did you know that the Canada-US-Mexico - aka CUSMA the old nafta deal between the three countries is about to be renegotiated.

Have you heard a word about it? No you haven't. Why? Because according to insiders, there have been no serious negotiations since October.

So Carney is starting to prepare us that America is no longer our friend, we can no longer rely on them for trade, that hope is not a plan. And gnat-brained Canadians believe him.

But what is really happening is that Carney is unable to fulfill all the promises he made.

Carney got elected because he said he and only he (read not Poilievre) could deal with Trump. In fact, Carney is unable to deal with Trump. And this video is his handlers slickly starting to prepare you for that reality.

Our take...Carney is duping Canadians with his cold, emotionless, banker-like word salad.

Look here where I'm telling you how I'm taking care of you. Do not look over there where I can't get the job done with CUSMA nor am I fulfilling anything you were promised.

We feel like we are a lone voice in the wilderness. Carney is duping Canadians. Period. Pass the word to those who have the intelligence to see through bs.

Today is was a solemn day in Israel. It's called Yom Hazikaron and it honors the memory of fallen soldiers and victims of terrorism who have sacrificed their lives for the security and well-being of Israel.

This day is not distant, ceremonial, or abstract. It is deeply personal. Each person who died for their country has a name, a face and a story.

Israel is a small country and everyone knows someone who lost someone. This is not theoretical. It is personal and woven into the fabric of daily life. Entire families go to cemeteries, not just to mourn, but to be together.

They have picnics which to an outsider may look unusual. In fact, they reflect something very human: staying connected, keeping memory alive, refusing to let those lives be reduced to grief alone.

There are no people like the Jewish people. No matter how many fools who have not a clue what they are saying when they shriek that Israel should disappear. Israel is here to stay. Beginning and end of story.

We recently read an excellent article written by a Catholic woman refuting what her pope said about Trump, the war in Iran and in defence of Israel. It was simply amazing.

One of her points was this: According to the pontiff, no cause can justify the shedding of innocent blood. Peace, Pope Leo went on to say, “peace comes only from the patient promotion of coexistence and dialogue among peoples.”

She then went on to write: To pretend that all wars, or military actions, are equally wrong is moral confusion.

She is 100% correct and then went on to defend Israel: Relatedly, I have listened to a particular class of podcasters and commentators, people with large platforms and small consciences, decry the military operation in Iran and remark that they will not “send their sons and daughters to fight for Israel.”

To be precise, this statement is antisemitic. The specific, deliberate singling out of Jewish people and the Jewish state as the cause for wantonly sacrificing Americans against our national interest has a long and ugly history, and dressing it in the language of anti-interventionism does not launder it. It is the same logic in different clothes."

There are those in our orb who despise Trump. Who, like his popeness feel the war in Iran is useless. Does that mean that evil is to continue unabatted? Had that been the plan during WWII who knows what kind of world we would be living in. Do they seriously think that one can 'dialogue' with Iran?

Evil needs to be eradicated. It cannot be done through dialogue. Evil needs force. Nothing else will work.

For whatever His reasons, like it or not, G-d has put Donald Trump in the position to deal with evil head on. He is almost alone in the world in doing this, yet, he keeps going.

Yes, he mouths off and sometimes sounds ridiculous. But nobody - absolutely no other leader in the world would take on Iran with leaders who are pure evil as he is now doing.

Over the years we have learned that standing up for what is right is never easy. It's also very messy.

It's time for the world to wake up and realize what is really going on here. This war is a both a physical and spiritual war. And we all better hope that Trump, together with Israel wins. The alternative is not going to pretty even for those who today support doing nothing.

Here's a little ditty that you may want to share with any gay person you know who champions queers for palestine:

A palestinian islamic preacher in Jerusalem sent a message to ‘Queers for Palestine’ in the West:

“Once palestine is free, not a single homosexual will be allowed to live in our pure land. Such perverted abominations will not be accepted among us.”

Let's get this off the table. There is no such place as palestine.

There are however are places like gaza, iran, saudi arabia and other arab countries who have less that zero tolerance for gay people, places where gays are thrown off buildings in islamic countries..

Our question is this: how do gay people not know about this? Do they think this is going to change? Or maybe that it's not true.

Here's a headline; It's true and people who advocate for queers for palestine are total fools.

Today Queen Elizabeth would have been 100 years old. We still miss her. She ran the 'family business' with an iron fist for 70 years. And that included protecting her slimy son Andrew. Alas, it appears that kicking his multiple toxic scandals down the road made matters worse for the firm after her passing.

The last ten years of her life, which should have been spent in peace, were instead marked by profound strain. Her grandson Harry chose a wife who, rather than guiding him closer to his family, led him so far away that reconciliation now seems almost impossible.

Meghan Markle is the second worst thing that ever happened to Harry, building on the sudden and tragic death of his mother when he was only 11 years old. Harry never received the mental health care he needed. Keeping a stiff upper lip is ok for an adult but not for a child whose mother was killed in a terrible car accident.

As for her son King Charles who waited 73 years to take the throne, people are quietly amazed on how he is conducting himself. They thought the monarchy would disintegrate when he took over. In fact, he has carried himself and all the scandals left over by his mother quite well.

He also has his challenges. Being cut off from Harry also means being cut off his two grandchildren in California. If he has seen them twice in their lives it's a lot and that is a heavy burden to carry.

As for his brother Andrew, unlike his mother, he severed the ties that once protected him, leaving his brother fully exposed. Now stripped of nearly every vestige of royal life including his home, Andrew stands entirely on his own.

He may never see the inside of a jail cell, but the life he is now living is, in many ways, a prison of his own making. Don't worry, we are not crying for him. He was a self-centered, entitled rich boy who took advantage of his position and deserves what he is getting.

All to say money can't buy happiness. Happy Birthday to Queen Elizabeth.

Quebec's new premier, Christine Frechette announced her new cabinet. Amongst the lucky 'winners' is Montreal's own Pascale Dery.

You may recall she spent 8 years sitting on Francois Legault's lap during her term as higher education minister going after English speaking universities and international students.

You may also recall that after October 7, Jewish students at universities like McGill University and Concordia University reported harassment, protests near Jewish spaces, and safety concerns. Déry, who is a Jewish woman let the students hang out to dry. She did not act period. Why?

Because she tried to 'balance free expression with safety'. What a crock.

Now she's the environment minister. One thing is certain. She's not going to be sitting on Frechette's lap.

We'll talk...
