That didn't take long, particularly for Legault who rarely says he's wrong. He actually didn't say he was wrong here either. Rather, he offered an olive branch to the doctors in the form of coming back to the table to discuss Bill 2.
Of all the interviews we heard in the past few days, one doctor resonated the most. He was honest and chilling:
He explained that where he is in the Gatineau area, only 3 out of 12 operating rooms are functioning because of lack of nurses and anesthesiologists. They keep leaving the public system to go to the private system because of all the stupid laws Legault keeps passing against them.
After regaling many of the moronic measures Legault has put on the doctors in the past few years, he said the following: "He finally broke me. He won. I'm gone."
That's not a win. That's a big zero for Legault who went too far this time.
The icing on the cake was when Doug Ford gleefully reached out to quebec doctors, telling them he's waiting for them with open arms, good jobs and good pay. Maybe Legault finally figured out that he can no longer use the doctors as his personal scapegoat aka whipping boys any longer. We hope it's not too late.

Today New Yorkers are going to the polls to elect a new mayor and from the looks of things, Zohran Mamdani will win.
He is a very, very scary person with even more scarier people backing him with billions of dollars. As the front man, he has been one of the most effective messengers of the marxist-jihadist playbook in decades. Way better than black lives matter, who think the same way as he does.
He’s shrewd and knows precisely what to say, the tone to use, when to say it, and who needs to hear it.
We read a very chilling article that mapped out the plan his ilk have slowly but surely been implementing on naive New Yorkers.
Start with this: Mamdani attacks New York's police, security, and all New Yorkers who re-dedicated their lives to fighting marxist-jihadism, the very ideas he now advances.
As is classic of radical islamists, he disguises his muslim identity, not as the ideology which it is, islamism, but as a victimized race which it is absolutely not.
Simultaneously, he is cozying up the most radical imams in NYC. Very scary.
He pretends he doesn't know what from the river to the sea means. A lie. He knows very well there is no other interpretation but the complete annihilation of Israel.
And foolish New Yorkers, many Jews among them, are going to put him into a position of power.
The last line of the article we read says it all:
The fact that Mamdani cannot bring himself to say anything critical of genocidal islamist terror organizations like hamas, ISIS, IRGC, hizbollah, Al Qaeda, or the muslim brotherhood tells you why Mamdani should be the Mayor of Gaza City, not New York.
And the kicker...the article was written by a founder of the muslim reform movement.
New York is quickly becoming the twilight zone.

There was a recount in Cote St. Luc (a small city in Montreal) and the new results showed that David Tordjman defeated Brownstein by one vote.
One can only hope the count in Cote St. Luc stands and David Tordjman becomes the new mayor. It's been way too long that the cabal of Brownstein, Mike Cohen and Anthony Housefather has been running that city.
It appears people in CSL are fed up with Brownstein shamelessly shilling for Housefather, who has given kissing Carney's feet new meaning. The entire cabal needs to be pushed aside for new blood to run that city. Let's hope the count remains.
And if it does, it will bring new meaning to every vote counts.

Here's a shocker - not.
One of Justin's fairytale ideas was to plant 2 billion trees in Canada over ten years at a cost of $3.2 billion. Like we have nothing better to do with $3.2 billion than plant trees to save the world.
The current liberal government nixed that plan and is instead planting only 1 billion trees.
Can we talk? No one, absolutely no one is planting 1 billion trees in our lifetime or the lifetime of those currently 3 years old. This is part of the climate change bs that Bill Gates just said was a crock.
When Carney opened his eyes and saw what Justin had done, well, he realized life is no longer the fairy tale he dreamt about.

If you thought Montreal had a whack job for a mayor in Valerie Plante who is thankfully gone, think again. We don’t hold a candle to Olivia Chow in Toronto, a piece of work second to none.
Speaking at the National Council of Canadian muslims fundraising gala Chow declared that “the genocide in Gaza impacts us all.” Exactly how did it impact her? We'll tell you. It didn't.
It is a perfect example of distorting and rewriting history. Did she mention October 7 even once in her remarks? Of course not.
Did Israel want to go into Gaza? No. It had no choice after October 7, after Hamas kidnapped 250 Israelis and butchered and murdered over a thousand others. Genocide? October 7 was the genocide.
And in case anyone is still unclear about where Chow’s sympathies lie, look no further than Toronto’s streets where pro-hamas demonstrators block intersections to “pray,” in the middle of the street while Chow stands by, allowing it all to continue unabated.
As one community organization rightly said: Olivia Chow should be banned from speaking at any Jewish event, anywhere. Period.

And now for the budget which for us is a yawner because nobody but a few accountants understand a word of what is said and the government doesn't adhere to one word of it. How do we know? Just look at how Justin ran the country into the ground.
Given that, we will try to give you a couple of highlights or lowlights depending on how you look at things:
Let's start with this: Canada has a $78-billion deficit this fiscal year.
In English, that means the government has spent $78 billion more than it collected in revenue. Imagine you spent an extra $1000 on your credit card and didn't pay it back for a few years? You would probably lose your house over the interest payments. Nothing happens to those running the government. They just keep on spending your money.
How do we know this? Look at Justin Trudeau running around the world publicly fondling Katy Perry like an idiot, collecting awards all the while he left the country in massive debt. Just walked away like nothing happened. Zero acountability.
The public service will see a drop in about 40,000 positions over the coming years. The budget projects it will have 330,000 employees in 2028-29, down from the 368,000 counted last year. And this will probably cost us millions in buyouts.
And our personal favorite: An $81-billion funding package for the Canadian Armed Forces — including a Buy Canadian procurement plan. Canada's armed forces are a joke and he's dumping $81 billion dollars into what exactly?
All of this is political bs. Nobody sticks to the budget. What they keep doing is use their money trees (our taxes) growing in their backyards.
We'll talk...
