Mark Carney is The Pied Piper of Fools...Marilyn Gladu is Getting Sued...Doug Ford is Becoming a Dictator...

No, we don't have a crystal ball. Given that, we were correct when we said the CUSMA negotiations are a disaster. Carney's handlers are out in full force trying to defend their bosses failing grade.

It goes without saying that all of Carney's friends. in all sectors of the media, are giving him the benefit of the doubt. "It's Trump's fault. He has no desire to make an agreement with us. He really wants us to be the 51st state."

If someone at the table representing Canada were able to actually sit down and talk without coming across as the second coming - as their boss thinks he is - and they emulate him, things might be a bit different. Alas, such is not the case.

As we said, that video Carney put out on Sunday was done to dupe his admiring fans. And now his people are dropping pills that while Mexico is humming along with their agreement, Canada may not get one. Really now? They knew that way, way before the video.

And this is all brought to you by the person elected as prime minister solely because he was our savior. He's nobody's savior. In fact, he's the exact opposite and guess what? He's going to take all of Canada down with him.

One thing is certain: blaming Donald Trump won’t help. It won’t matter. Mark Carney is leading us down a path of economic trouble and like the Pied Piper, he’s taking a crowd of fools with him.

In the how-sweet-it-is department, a civil lawsuit against floor crosser Marilyn Gladu is being organized by her riding for breach of fiduciary duty stating she ran on Conservative promises, took Conservative donations and votes then crossed the floor to Liberals.

Of all the floor crossers, Marilyn Gladu's action was by far the most egregious. And of all the floor crossers, she's the only one who is flaunting what she did by being Carney's lacky front and center in public. But we digress.

As we wrote here, she was right of right conservative. She got elected by over 53% because...she was a right of right conservative.

And suddenly, two weeks after she eviscerated Carney she's a liberal? We don't believe that for a nano second.

Nobody, but nobody believes that she is not benefiting from this move and the lawsuit says it all: she ran on conservative promises, took conservative donations and then gave her constituents the middle finger.

She is getting personally sued which we gather means she needs a lawyer and also means she needs to spend a nice amount of money to try to salvage a modicum of dignity. Her name is mud with a capital M, so all she is now doing is trying to hold onto her money.

Clearly, her constitutents are not wallflowers. They are going after her with guns blazing.

Aside from suing her, they are calling her out and making her accountable for every dollar she took in during her 2025 election campaign.

It appears she raised between $102,000 and $115,000 from supporters who believed they were backing a Conservative candidate. The public has no clear answer on where that money is sitting right now. No detailed financial return has been released showing exactly how much was spent on the campaign and what happened to any remaining funds. It is unknown whether the money remains in her personal bank account, was transferred to the Conservative Party, or went somewhere else entirely.

This woman is in deep dog doodoo and getting deeper by the day. We have to wonder if her new hero Mark Carney is going to spring for her lawyers fees.

Alan Dershowitz is certainly a colorful man who doesn't shy away from the limelight or controversy. His clients have included Donald Trump and Jeffrey Epstein. He has also been a life-long democrat. No longer.

No doubt after much contemplation and being hit in the head by open democratic antisemites like AOC and Ilan Omar, he bit the bullet and registered as a Republican.

He also cited Democratic support for an arms embargo on Israel last week and the Michigan Senate candidate Abdul el-Sayed’s anti-Israel rhetoric as the final blow. He said he could no longer remain in the democrat tent.

It certainly took him long enough to realize that anti-Israel wing of the Democratic Party has moved from the fringe to the mainstream. He also has one of the most Jewish faces we have ever seen. Just saying.

It appears that the premier of Ontario Doug Ford is turning into an outright dictator.

Today his party passed a bill that prevents anyone from obtaining freedom of information requests about him or his cabinet ministers. What exactly is he afraid of and more importantly, what is he hiding? This sent the smell test off the charts.

His bill has prevented the public aka journalists from using Freedom of Information (FOI) requests to access records held by the premier and cabinet ministers. The new law applies retroactively, effectively killing existing FOI requests on anything that has happened recently. It also includes legal cases surrounding the Premier’s phone records.

This needs to be scrutinized big time.

The change specifically addresses court battles, ensuring that Premier Doug Ford does not have to release records of phone conversations conducting government business on his personal phone.

Can we talk? Does Ford think he's living in mother Russia? Has he perhaps lost his way? Has power gone to his head? This is Canada and journalists have every right to see any documents as long as they are not top secret.

What exactly is Doug Ford hiding? Does he think that by muzzling the media he can get away with shady stuff? He's losing it.

Let's do a deep dive into what's happening with Iran. This piece is a bit long, but will perhaps give you a clearer idea of the mess that is happening there.

On the other hand, Iran is bleeding an estimated $400 million a day to the blockade.

While it's true that it's costing the US a small fortune to keep their military in the middle east, Washington can afford it. Blanche, did you know that the Iranian annual budget sits around $56 billion; the U.S. budget is over $6 trillion?

In the end, it comes down to the blockade and believe it or not China who relies on iranian oil to keep their economy running.

Another big factor is that the politics inside iran are a mess.

On one side are the hardline Revolutionary Guards and Khatam al-Anbiya.

On the other, the civil leadership under Ghalibaf.

Above them all is the badly injured Mojtaba Khamenei still the ultimate authority but his condition and the constant threat of Israeli assassination have made even basic communication a complex ordeal.

The answer to all of the above is not simple.

a) Renew the war.

b) Proxy escalation meaning iran activates hezbolla in Lebanon and the Houthis in Yemen

c) Capitulation by iran which is highly unlikely as they need to save face.

d) Do nothing and hope Trump softens his stance.

Israel prefers option a and d. Their biggest fear? That the 2015 agreement where Iran agreed to restrict uranium enrichment and allow inspections in exchange for lifting international sanctions. Of course they were lying through their teeth and restricted nothing.

If you got this far you can see that this is not going to be easy to settle. Our wish? That the good guys go into iran, bomb the daylights out of all their uranium bunkers and paralyze them for the next 50 years.

Sadly, Europe and American politicians want a quick solution to this and that is not good for Israel. After all is said and done, the biggest issue is who will control the ticking clock.

A final note: Trump is not only fighting the war with iran, he is fighting the entire social media in America. There's nothing wrong with him. There is however, something wrong with people who continuously want to make deals with iran who have never, not once shown that they can be trusted.
