Ramadan is Very Important to Mark Carney...Your Tax Dollars at Work...The Mother of All Ice Storms?...

Last night there was a special debate in the House of Commons about the war in Iran. Mark Carney, our prime minister decided to pass on that evening.

As we wrote previously, we could barely keep up with the many different comments made by Mark Carney about that war, depending on the day.

One day the strikes were “inconsistent with international law.”The next day he supported them “with regret.”Then Canada “was not consulted.”And shortly after that Canada “cannot rule out participation.” At this rate, the only consistent part of Carney’s position is that it changes every 24 hours.

While on his trip to Australia and wherever else he went, Carney would not talk to reporters. Instead he sent out one his erstwhile foreign minister Anita Anand who clearly could not keep up with the different comments.

Now, where was Carney last night when the house had a special debate abour Iran?

Although he was back from his trip he could not attend the debate last night because he had a 'previous engagement'. And what, you ask, was that engagement?

A 'special event' for muslims. He could not be in the House of Commons because he had to be at the meal that ends each day of fasting during ramadan is called iftar.

We have one question: Is Carney up in the polls because of him, or because people who dislike Jews think they’ve finally found a politician who won’t push back?

The US consulate in Toronto was targeted today. It was shot at 4:30 am, shooting at the front door. Clearly there are enough cameras to find out who did this. The shooting even made the news on Al Jeezera.

The people stupidly came out of their car to do the shooting. Clearly they were not out to shoot anyone. Rather to keep people on edge asking themselves will a real attack happen?

Olivia Chow responded to this shooting with a bit more humanity than the shootings at the three synagogues over the weekend. But we cannot understand a word she says. Literally the woman needs a simultaneous translator when she talks.

Frankly, at this point, we would feel much safer in living in Israel where we know who the enemy is and also know our government will take care of us and go after the bad guys. In Canada is there seems to be no line between who is good and who wants to harm us.

And that is very scary.

Mark Carney got his wish. He baited Trump and got a reaction. Today Trump referred to Carney as the “future Governor of Canada”.

And here we thought that ship had sailed until our very smart prime minister outsmarted himself by poking Trump saying he has to 'manage' him.

In response, Carney said he won’t “comment on every ‘tweet,’ or ‘truth,’ or comment from whoever,” and that he “can handle it.” What an arrogant piece of drek.

The reason Carney got elected is because he said he could handle Trump. The issue is we are in the middle of serious negogiations with the US and Mexico and now is not the time to bait Trump. Carney duped us all.

He always thinks he is the smartest person in the room. He is not and has surrounded himself with like-minded arrogant yes-men.

And we are all going to be going along for the ride.

In case you didn't know, the people who work at the DHS (department of homeland security) is not getting paid.

What does than mean for you?

Massive delays at some airports across the country, with wait times for travellers of 3.5 hours reported at major hubs due to officer shortages. Good luck travelling.

We know that for the most part, what we write is preaching to the choir. Most people who are educated, Jew and non-Jew alike, are very well aware of the contributions the Jews have made to the world.

Unfortunately, the government now in power seems to be choosing not to see this. Rather, they are pandering to people and countries they think will help them with either trade or get them favors for energy or water or whatever.

We say this now because we read with no sense of surprise that a white woman by the name of Julie Dabrusin, our Minister of the Environment, Climate Change and Nature and member of parliament for the Danforth riding in Toronto, decided that the day after three synagogues were shot at with military grade weapons was the exact right time to visit an islamic center.

Here are her comments:

"Yesterday, I visited the Toronto Islamic Centre for Iftar — which has faced Islamophobic threats against their place of prayer. It's essential that all Canadians feel safe in their religious spaces and community centres, and as a Jewish woman I stand with them

in the fight."

She did not attend the Jewish rally held on the same day she went to the islamic center.

Can someone please tell us the last time a mosque was shot at? Or an islamic center? Or when was the last time muslims were harassed because they were muslims? Of course it happens but in the grand scheme of things today, the response is a minuscule amount of times.

As opposed to the Jews in Canada whose schools and synagogues are regularly attacked.

Mark Carney is the head of the liberal party and as such, he leads his troops and guides them as to where they go, what they do and what they say.

So the Jews in his party, Anthony Housefather and Rachel Bendayan tow the party line like robots. That's what is now running our country.

In case Carney thought he could hide from the rest of the world that three synagogues were shot at this weekend, he best think again. Finally, the rest of the world is waking up.

Israel's President, Chaim Herzog said “We must learn the lessons of previous antisemitic attacks, including the horrific Bondi Beach terror attack. All eyes are on Canada; it’s time to halt the unprecedented wave of Jew-hatred that has erupted ever since October 7. The Jewish people are all one family, and we in Israel care for every Jew around the world.”

Now what is Carney going to do? His open arrogance is coming back to bite him. And he doesn't have a clue how Jews stick together.

Tomorrow better be the mother of all ice storms. According to enviornment Canada, we are getting a 'potentially critical freezing rain event.'

The media is scaring people out of their minds telling us that we will lose power for days, nobody better go out and the world as we know it for the next 48 hours is going to come to a halt.

We will either eat our words or this was all justified. Time will tell.
