Seriously? Does the Media Think Carney Didn't Know About The Ad?Get Out and Vote on Sunday...

We are listening to political pundits and cannot believe our ears. Do they really think that Carney didn't know about a commercial that would put Trump over the edge in the middle of sensitive negotiations?
Could they not figure out that Trump was looking to ditch negogiations with Canada for now and they gave him a reason on a silver platter?
Blanche, they can't be that stupid. Alas, it appears they.
Trump was so incensed, instead of just not talking to us, he added another 10% to the tariffs and refuses to have anything to do with Carney.
That's going to shut the door to any negogiations until who knows when.
Those responsible for that ad are a bunch of yahoos who should not be the ones negotiating with Trump. In fact, they should all be replaced, starting with Carney. This is what is running our country? They are total morons.
As Ottawa’s head honcho, Carney projects the chill of an ice-king - cold, detached, and calculating. The mounting job losses resulting from his inability to navigate Trump seem to leave him entirely unfazed. He just doesn't care.
Our bet is that he’ll call a snap election right after unveiling the budget as he’s only three seats short of a majority.
If people vote him back in, they forfeit the right to complain. About losing their jobs, their savings, or anything else that goes wrong because of him. At that point, it’s entirely their own doing.
And on this subject, we must be a glutton for punishment. Again we listened to CJAD and except for Makos, the rest of the announcers have TDS - Trump Derangement Syndrome. As do the people calling in who are 95% men over the age of 65, which is clearly the demographic of the station.
With the exception of one caller, everyone had the same mantra: give Carney a chance.
Here's a headline for all those geniuses who will, no doubt, vote for Carney again. He had his chance and has not moved the tariff needle one iota. Exactly how long do we have to wait until we see results?
And as a control freak, no one is allowed to speak about the tariff negotiations to the media except for Carney. Got that Housefather? Better stay far, far away from him or else.

When someone is given the honor to sing the Canadian national anthem at a baseball game, the world series no less, why do they think they have the right to alter the lyrics?
Why can't they just sing the 145 year old anthem as it is? Entitled would be the word that comes to mind here. Also idiot.
Some wanna-be singer by the name of JP Saxe brutally mauled the anthem in Los Angeles last night. Mercifully, he was roundly panned. As we read, "his pitchy performance was immediately panned on social media with viewers at home trashing his voice."
He not only embarrassed Canada, he just lost his chance to ever sing the anthem again, anywhere. There aren’t enough adjectives to fully capture the juvenile absurdity of what he pulled. What a jerk.

Our little town is not the only one electing a mayor. Montreal and the tony Westmount are also going to the polls on Sunday.
Montreal has a dude by the name of Luc Rabouin running for mayor. He's a Projet Montreal mayoral candidate and he should crawl back to the little hole where he came from.
This genius announced on Saturday that he would sign the Montreal Anti-Apartheid Pact, a grassroots initiative supporting the Palestinian people and demanding that the city sever its ties with the Israel.
The Montreal movement is demanding that the City of Montreal cut all ties with the Israel, including by withdrawing municipal contracts and related pension funds, as well as by "boycotting Israeli representatives from the sports, academic and cultural sectors.
We nominate him as the new poster boy for the useful idiots for Hamas.
***
Then there's Westmount which from what we hear is as bad if not worse than Montreal's moronic mayoral candidates.
Westmount has been in cruise control and something of a financial disaster but it’s also the nexus of the Palestinian Gaza Protests that have been harassing the residents of Westmount Square and the neighbouring buildings.
Mary Gallery who is running for mayor is an incumbent city councillor for the district that includes Greene Avenue and has done absolutely nothing to tame the protests and the harassment of her constituents.
If she wins, the protests will continue.
The second candidate is Lynne Casgrain who is the Senior Managing Director of the law firm Grey Casgrain who have represented the encampment of protestors at McGill University and it appears represent Yves Engler who is a rabid agitator and likely a leading antisemite.
If you are a sane and decent person and want things to improve and the protests to stop you need to get out and vote for Michael Stern.
This election is very close and will probably be decided by 100 votes. Unless Michael is elected, you are all in for another 4 years of unrelenting antisemitism.

In case you were thinking about going to Ireland for your vacation, we suggest you rethink your plans.
Catherine Connolly is the new president elect.
In addition to being extremely anti-Israel, she has accused the IDF of genocide and claimed that Israel is a terrorist state.
It turns out that she’s also a Hamas supporter, which she says is a legitimate body "as part of Palestinian civil society that won an overwhelming majority in elections in Gaza."
If we thought Ireland couldn't reach a lower low, then you’ll be surprised - even in Rafah there is less support for Hamas than in Dublin at this point.
And is she related to Carney's wife? They both look like they eat sprouts, nuts and beans all day.

Batten down the hatches. Kamala Harris has decided she may run again for president. "I have lived my entire career as a life of service and it's in my bones." It may be in her bones, but it's definitely not anywhere in her head near her brain.
She has dismissed polls that put her as an outsider to become the Democrats' pick for the next election.
This is possibly the best news for the Republican party. If this ditz gets the nomination, they are back in the White House for another four years.
When questioned in an interview about what went wrong, rather than plunge into deep analysis, her contention is because she started so late, it was almost impossible to win.
Start praying that she runs peeps.

And finally, we will remind you today and again Thursday and again Sunday of the local election (Hampstead) this Sunday November 2.
To keep our Mayor, Jeremy Levi, you must vote. Hoping he gets in doesn't count.
And to elect good, solid, honest councillors whose only agenda is the betterment of Hampstead you also have to go to the polls.
In case you forgot who the best candidates are:
Jeremy Levi - Mayor
Jeffrey Budning - Seat 5
Alan Farkas - Seat 2
Harvey Shaffer - Seat 6
Larry Zoltak. - Seat 4.
We'll talk...
