Over the past few days, we’ve spoken to many people about Quebec’s fast-approaching October 5 election and we keep hearing the same mantra: “I don’t know who to vote for.”

The CAQ has stood by Quebec’s Jewish community, and people remember that. They also remember nearly eight years of hammering the English community and squandering our money like it was coming out of a geyser with no accountability.

Christine Fréchette, leader of the CAQ has hardly helped her party. Asked about her own position on sovereignty, she declined to give a straight answer. First dumb move.

On the question of elections quebec telling polling workers to ask English speakers to verbally ascertain their 'historical credentials', again she was silent. Second dumb move.

It's not that they won't speak English. It's the small minded provincial stupidity of people even thinking up those moronic edicts. Clearly they do not know that English is the international language of business.

The Liberals? Their new leader Charles Milliard, is a spineless piece of drek. When asked by a reporter what he would he do about the open antisemitic harassment on the streets of Montreal he said he doesn't intend to get involved in that 'issue'. Antisemitism has been relegated to an issue? Really now.

Eric Duhaime and the Conservative Party are moving up in the polls. Personally, we like them. While they have no chance of winning the election, they do have a chance to be the opposition party and if there is a PQ minority government, Duhaime would be very good holding them accountable.

Which brings us to the Parti Québécois who could win this election with a mere 30% of the popular vote.

A vote for the PQ means waking up the morning after the election to this:

Another referendum.

Another waste of billions of dollars for a dream that will never happen.

Another four years of economic uncertainty.

Another mass exodus of money and people with brains leaving the province. And who is left here? The people who live off the fat of the land for whom it makes no difference if Quebec is part of Canada or not. Or so they think.

Quebec gets $30 billion in transfer payments from Ottawa. That money will dry up if Quebec separates from Canada. You can bet your bippy that the leader of the PQ is saying nothing about this important piece of information. But we digress.

Our prediction, with a week to go, is a PQ win and for everybody's sake, it better be a minority government.

Polls are showing that 70% of quebecers do not want a referendum and perforce a PQ government. So it is a huge mystery how the PQ can be ahead in the polls with the majority of quebecers not interested in what they are offering.

One idea we heard is that people think they can vote for them now and vote no when there’s a referendum later.

That is a dangerous gamble for a number of reasons, the least of which is that the question, as the last one was, will probably be too convoluted for those with the brains of a gnat to understand. Ergo, the referendum vote could in fact, be yes to leave Canada.

And finally, you may dislike every choice on the ballot as we do, but remember this: Voting is both a privilege and an obligation in a democracy and in the end, after all is said and done, the results will be decided by those who actually cast their ballot.

If you are planning a trip to Israel, we suggest you stay far away from Amsterdam's Schiphol Airport. They have taken the ban of any goods coming out of Judea and Samaria to the next level. And if you are Israeli, it goes one level above that.

Dutch airport authorities are confiscating goods from Israeli settlements they come across in routine customs searches of passengers arriving from Tel Aviv. The new ban on settlement goods has a maximum punishment of six years in jail. Got that?

On Monday, the Israel Foreign Ministry warned Israelis traveling to the Netherlands that they could face “lengthy, invasive baggage inspections".

The world has gone mad. Pathetically, places like Amsterdam who let in tens of thousands of muslims will find out way to late what they have done. That the society they knew is coming to a very quick end only to be replaced by sharia law.

And don't try to stop them because they have already outsmarted you. In short order they will have people in elected positions who will do exactly what they want. Same in Paris and for sure same in London.

One has to wonder who Mark Carney is in bed with. Certainly no one who knows what's really going on in Gaza. How do we know this?

Because he gave yet another $100 million Gaza and the West Bank. That brings Canada’s pledge to more than $600 million since October 2023. In case you were wondering, he has not given one cent to Israel or any of the victims of October 7.

Don't you think it's time Canadians should be asking Carney et al where exactly in that cesspool their money is winding up? And how exactly does the government measure the results?

We want to know which bank account gets this money. Unwra? Hamas? The gaza health ministry? All of the above are terrorists. Does Carney not know that the money never gets to the people of gaza?

We'll answer that. No he doesn't because he has never been there or to Israel or spoken to anyone in the middle east who knows what's really going on.

Nope. As a tree-hugging liberal Mark Carney decided that gazans are the poor palestinians and Israel is the big bad aggressor and will be punished. How? By pouring money into the hands of terrorists.

This is what is running our country. Absolutely shameful.

The CBC is another cesspool that crossed the line.

Neil Herland, a Jew working for the CBC, was going to his synagogue on Yom Kippur.

As he approached the entrance, which is in an office building, he was confronted with about two dozen protestors blocking the entrance waving Palestinian flags and yelling epithets and abuse like “free Palestine” and “Zionist alert”.

When someone from the synagogue came outside to try to appease the protestors, she was told by the police to go back inside as she was instigating them.

One idiot told Herland he was going to hell. So as a journalist what did he do? He filmed the entire episode and posted it online. It has been watched more than 3 million times.

Did the CBC thank Herland for posting live news? Nope. They punished him, took Herland off the air and he is no longer reading the news. In other words, he was fired for posting reality.

We wrote a letter to the president of the CBC and encourage you to do the same. We told her that if the KKK were standing in front of a church where black people worshiped and called them niggers, well, the CBC would be frothing at the mouth to punish the KKK and give a huge bonus to whoever filmed that video.

Here? As one reporter wrote: "Neil Herland attended a Yom Kippur service, he documented what he encountered. He talked about his lived experience. Now he’s under investigation, ripped off the air. The double standard is appalling." It sure is.

Herland had the audacity to call out people who support morons who masquerade as protestors when in fact they are all losers paid to cause disruption. And because he is Jewish, because those blithering imbecile protestors are liberal snowflakes in bed with the CBC, Herland lost his job.

The entire world commented on what happened, including Israel. However, as Carney won't step foot there nor find out what really happened on October 7, the CBC has his backing and can do exactly what they are doing to Herland without any checks and balances.

Hey Housefather, keep defending a party that treats Canadian Jews as an inconvenience or the latest 'issue'. We are very sure they’re deeply grateful to have you, the token Jew giving them credibility.

We will never tire of saying this. You have forsaken your own people for money and because you are afraid to lose your job. Shameful.
