France's Interior Ministry is banning pro-Palestinian protests across the country. As well, foreign nationals who break the rules to be "systematically" deported.
Berlin police have also banned planned pro-Palestinian demonstrations, citing the risk of antisemitic statements and glorification of violence.
Two countries with leaders who have kahoonas. Bravo.
Olivia Chow, the uber-liberal NDP mayor of Toronto said the following:
"The rally to support Hamas at Nathan Phillips Square today is unsanctioned, without a permit and I unequivocally denounce it. Glorifying this weekend’s indiscriminate violence, including murder and kidnapping of women and children, by Hamas against Israeli civilians is deplorable."
How long will Madame Plante hide away and not take a stand? She's gross.
If you are one of the brainy peeps, we're guessing you read Forbes magazine. Delete it from your repertoire.
On Monday of this week Forbes posted about what it called “Unprompted Attacks On Gaza” — then deleted the post after backlash ensued against the magazine. But not before some smart readers took a screenshot of the headline.
Unprompted? On what planet do people who write their magazine live?
You now know their true colors. Don't give them another dime. The line in the sand has been drawn.
Tone deaf. That's what the czar legault is. And he should count himself very fortunate that he's able to live in his little bubble and worry only about how many immigrants are speaking french in their bathroom.
To make sure people speak more french than any other language in quebec, he and his very genius Quebec French-Language Minister Jean-François Roberge are proposing raising tuition fees for international students.
Why? Well because they are 'fed up up with managing the decline, protecting the language, curbing the erosion of the language'. Really?
And the answer to that is stopping international students from going to English university by overcharging them? That's going to manage the decline of french here?
Here's a headline for those gnat-brained geniuses: international students don't stay here. Nor is English often their first language. They come here because - get this revelation - the education is good.
If we're very lucky they will plant roots here and, unlike the caq and their destructive and less than useless party and edicts, contribute to society.
The ignorance of these people has reached a new low if they are able to bring this up now when the rest of the free world is reeling from the barbaric, sadistic and horrific murders in Israel. History will not be kind to them nor should it be.
And speaking of tone deaf, the liberal party in quebec is tied with the caq.
For two years they have looked for a policy, a platform for their party. A leader? Someone to stand up to the czar legault? Unimportant.
The liberal party is gone. The have officially imploded. It's over. There is no opposition to legault and he will be premier of this province until he dies or chooses to leave.
When your house is burning do you run around changing the light bulbs? No. You call the fire department to put out the fire. A three-year old knows that.
Here's some free advice for the geniuses in the liberal party who wasted the last two years on their own ego trip:
Find a leader and shut-up - if it's not too late. Do they not see that legault is destroying this province because there is no opposition? The house is on fire and they are calmly changing light bulbs, slowly, one at a time.
We hold the liberal party responsible for a lot of what is happening here because the czar legault has no opposition - case in point raising tuition of international students so there will be more french here. How insane is that?
The liberal party is self-serving, self-absorbed and tone deaf. You're done. Someone put them out of their misery.
Maybe somebody send the czar legault this next piece so he can see that the rest of the world is leaving him and his May West confreres in the dust:
