At Long Last, the Cabal Has Crumbled...Elizabeth May is a Looney Tune...The Beginning of the End for Quebec's Liberal Party?...Impotent McGill University...

After decades of ruling Cote St. Luc, a suburb of Montreal, the cabal of Mitchell Brownstein (who was the mayor sucking up to the next three mentioned), Anthony Housefather (the back of the backbenchers and suck up to Bergman and Brownstein), Lawrence Bergman (suck up to Housefather) and Mike Cohen who is in bed with all three have been dethroned.

Yes, Mike Cohen retained his seat on council, but David Tordjman is now the mayor and as the saying goes, there's a new sheriff in town. He broke their hold on Cote St. Luc. While we don't live in that suburb, it's no secret that those men view themselves as the godfathers of that little town.

Why do we call it a cabal? Because while they all supported each other they mainly shilled for Housefather. We will remind you he is the person who could not find his kahoonas to leave the liberal party - the party that thinks palestine is going to become the country where hamas will live and be nice to Israel. Really now.

For starters, hamas said they will never, ever in a million years recognize Israel. N.E.V.E.R.

Can it be that all four of those men don't know their history? That palestine is a figment of people's imagination? That their version of a tw0-state solution is not only ridiculous, it is never going to happen.

Tribal warfare between hamas, abbas, the Palestinian authority and others will see to that.

We now have two mayors living side by side who are Torah observant Jews. And that people, is the best news of all. G-d really does run the world.

There is one member of the green party left - Elizabeth May - and yesterday she lost whatever vestige of honesty and integrity she had left, which wasn't much.

Last week she said with great conviction she would not support Carney's budget.

Alas, she must be friends with the NDP who simply cannot find their way out of the liberal closet.

Yesterday, dressed in green like a tree, she said she listened to the voices in her head, asked Mark Carney to say he would commit to honor the Paris Agreement targets and just like that she voted for the budget.

Here's a headline: Carney is going follow through like we are going to get the eggs from the hen in our backyard.

As we have said here many time, the lunatics are running the asylum.

In a stunning move, Marwah Rizqy — the Quebec liberal party's parliamentary leader and MNA for Saint-Laurent, has been suspended from the party’s caucus and stripped of her duties. She will be sitting in the National assembly as an independent. It is to be noted that Rizqy is a seasoned politician, far from a newbie, so this is really a bombshell.

Liberal party leader Pablo Rodriguez (the politician with, by far, the best hair), was completely surprised by the firing. Not good news for someone who is the leader of the party and most likely reflects deeper governance or communication issues.

Suspending Rizqy from the party stems from a “breach of trust' because she dismissed her chief of staff - Geneviève Hinse, who was very close to Rodriguez. without consulting the leader. Can you say cat fight? Just kidding...not. We hope this is not the tip of the iceberg

Back to reality, this is really bad news right now as if the liberal party implodes - which is appears they are doing - we are left to vote for the half dead CAQ who is destroying the medical system in Quebec or the insane PQ who wants to separate. Quite the choice.

As an aside, if quebec ever does separate, how long do you think it would take for it to become the 51st state? Five minutes?

Here's something else for Anthony Housefather to mull over as he can't bear to leave the liberal party.

Three hours ago, Jihadists took over a classroom at McGill university in Montreal while a class is in session.

Many universities, McGill included, are no longer a place where administration prioritizes education. They are pandering to terrorism and it will not end well.

The administration is turning their own campus into gaza with people who have not the faintest hint of a clue what they are doing. They are getting paid by a third party to be the disrupters. We are beginning to think McGill and many other universities are in on this.

If you are looking for a place to move, we suggest Texas.

Their governor Greg Abbott designated the Muslim Brotherhood and the Council on American-Islamic Relations as foreign terrorist organizations citing each group’s ties to Islamic extremism and accusing them of seeking to “forcibly impose Sharia law.”

Abbott’s action bans the Muslim groups from purchasing or acquiring land in Texas and subjects anyone affiliated with them to heightened state penalties.

Our guess is that muslims and islamists will be avoiding Texas as well as Florida. Clearly they are not welcome in those states.
