There are three scenarios to deal with when looking at who is sending bombs to a select few who don’t like Trump, to put it mildly.
Bombs were sent to Clinton, Obama, Waters, CNN, Debbie Wasserman Schultz, Eric Holder and today Biden and Robert de Niro. Let’s face facts, it’s not the most genius move to target all the high-profile people at the same time. That said, the first scenario is that a democrat sent those bombs, knowing full well how the media would react and how the republicans would be blamed for not stopping Trump’s rhetoric.
The second scenario is that it is a white, male, red-neck gun-carrying Republican living in a trailer in Nebraska, wearing a red Make America Great Again baseball cap.
The third scenario is that it is none of the above, simply a deranged person who is looking for some notoriety, all the while playing with the minds of the the FBI and everyone else looking for, mostly likely, a him.
To speculate which of these three is the culprit is foolhardy. To blame Trump for his rhetoric is also foolhardy. We will remind you that the Democrats stopped at nothing to try to halt Kavanaugh’s ascent to the Supreme Court. We will also remind you that Maxine Waters taunted democrats to go after republicans in restaurants, malls and anywhere else they are. As did Eric Holder who said that when their enemies are down you should kick them.
So before you jump up and down and say Trump is to blame, check out the rest of the playing field.
Don’t say we didn’t warn you. It has been revealed that the new Champlain Bridge will not open on schedule in December. Quel surprise.
If you have driven on the old Champlain Bridge and simply glanced to your left, you can see that it’s far from being completed. They haven’t finished connecting the two sides of the bridge, never mind the finishing touches.
The question is, will the consortium putting up the bridge be fined? Or, will it be like the rest of the construction in this city – it’s done when it’s done and don’t ask when that will be.
Here’s a genius statement from one of Valerie Plante’s administration. Yves Lalumière, President and CEO of Tourism Montreal, told a conference on international relations, that the city of Montreal has no intention of becoming the Amsterdam of North America. Lest you don’t know, Amsterdam is the dream haven for stoners.
Here’s a headline for Plante: When pot became legal in Canada on October 17, the entire world media was focused on the country. Montreal, Toronto, Calgary etc don’t have to do anything to ensure that we become the Amsterdam of North America. It was done on October 17. And for that they can thank Trudeau, stoner-in-chief.
Megyn Kelly of ex-Fox news and now ex-NBC fame is her own personal train wreck. Of course after the train wreck she will walk away with $69 million as she has an unbreakable contract. Unless the network can find a clause that she broke.
Why was she fired? Ostensibly because she said that it was appropriate for white people to paint their faces black as part of their Halloween costumes. Yes, Blanche. She said that white people can paint their faces black and look like Aunt Jemima for Halloween. Or, they can dress up like a Haredi Jew. Or like an Arab with a hijab. Or like Pocahantas. Get a life people.
The issue here is that nobody likes Megyn Kelly because she has such a large sense of entitlement that there’s not enough room on the screen for the rest of her. Can someone please tell her that she’s not Queen Elsa of Frozen fame? For now, she will stay home and ponder her future while counting her money.
Now here’s something to prove that there is a justice system after all and it’s about time. Michael Avenatti and Julie Swetnick were referred to the Justice Department for criminal investigation for providing false statements, obstructing congressional investigations, and conspiracy to violate federal law over allegations they made against then-Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh.
If they lied they should be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
Blanche, notice how the 10,000 person caravan trekking from Central America to the US is off the news feeds? Poof! Just like that. Fear not. It will return just in time for the mid-terms. FYI, a lot of people are quitting because walking 2,000 miles in flip-flops isn’t exactly the best thing for your feet. Ouch.
Did you notice how Jamal Khashoggi is also gone? It appears that the news media thinks people cannot focus on more than one news item at a time.
